Perfect pair awards the player for receiving a pair on the initial draw. 21+3 awards the player for receiving a poker hand based on the 3 face-up cards of the initial draw. Insurance can only be purchased when the dealer has a face-up Ace. If the dealer has a blackjack with their hidden card, the player's initial and insurance bet are both returned.
